Green Morning Smoothie

2 Green Apples — Medium

2 Cups Min. Fresh Spinach

1 Cucumber Peeled

3-4 Celery Sticks

1-2 ounces of Parsley

1 Lemon Peeled

1 Tbsp Ginger Root

1 tsp of Chlorella

1-2 tsp of Kosher Salt (to taste)

5-6 Ice Cubes

6-8 ounces Cold Water

1-2 ounces of Parsley
1 Lemon Peeled
1 Tbsp Ginger Root
1 tsp of Chlorella
1-2 tsp of Kosher Salt (to taste)
5-6 Ice Cubes
6-8 ounces Cold Water

Some Tips

— If you like thing sweet, add more apples
— If you like things tart, add 1/2 more lemon
— If you like things salty, add 1 more tsp of kosher salt
— Use 6-8 ounces of cold water to get things started
— Don’t overdo it on the Chlorella
— More spinach is better than more celery
— You will want to drink the leftovers within 48 hours
— Prepare ahead of time with mason jars for fanatics like us
